What we did

• Met with the President of Board and board member decision makers.
• Presented design recommendation to change all retail awnings and security gates on building storefronts.
  Interviewed architects, designers, contractors and subcontractors to build out the store.
• Oversaw entire lease negotiation with landlord’s representative and Board of the Co-op
• Negotiated the removal and replacement of the air conditioning system, and all new exterior awnings and security gate.
• Introduced owner to a public relations and a press relations partner, in order to create a newsworthy opening party and charity tie-in.
