What We Did
“Cindy undertook our project with determination, focus and the professionalism to see it through to a successful end. As out of towners we were unfamiliar with the NYC real estate market. Initially, she proposed a smart alternative for our real estate needs. We were originally leasing gallery space but her proposal to buy a commercial space made much better business sense. Then she suggested we lease a portion of the space in order to relieve us of some of the financial burden. Cindy leaves her indelible signature on every assignment we give her to do and is satisfied only when she knows we were getting a fair and reasonable deal. She adopts the project as if it is her very own business and consistently aims to please.”
