Cindy Farkas Glanzrock has a passion that ensures each real estate assignment has a successful result and a happy client. She is unique in her ability to put you in the hands of the best of class.
Real estate executive Cindy Glanzrock offers a dynamic full-service real estate consultancy and brokerage business model. With her impressive marketing skill and real estate expertise she builds upon her extensive network of first-class relationships and brings a unique set of resources to satisfy her clients’ requirements. As a savvy native New Yorker she is able to assist in finding the best location for new and expanding businesses. After finding the location she can help to create the media stir by tapping into her network of resources in the media, promotional and publicity sectors.
Glanzrock knows real estate is more than a space – it’s a place where people, art, commerce and community come together and breathe life into the space. Glanzrock’s Building Art Curatorial Program ("BACP") discovers, exposes, and leases art to commercial clients. Insight into the artists and the program can be found at www.realartmuse.com.
Glanzrock attributes her retail savvy and business instincts to the blend of her families’ backgrounds with her own business experiences. Sanford Glanzrock, a legend in the menswear industry; Francine Farkas Sears, a retail fashion director, designer and importer; and Alexander Farkas of Alexander’s Department Stores have all contributed to her business DNA.
As part of her broad experience, she has been a buyer for Ann Taylor, a merchandiser for Schraeder Sportswear, a producer at MTV and Fox Television, fashion trends reporter for The Tobé Report and manager of public relations and special events at Loving & Weintraub and Cuoma/Agisim. And, she’s worked with some of the legends in fashion journalism, Hebe Dorsey and Eleanor Lambert.
Glanzrock is also very active with various philanthropic and professional organizations: Aish, NYC, The Boys & Girls Harbor, Spoons Across America/The James Beard Foundation, AIWF, Fresh Air Fund, Children Advocacy Center, East Harlem Tutorial Program, Learning Leaders, Sheltering Arms, The Coalition for the Homeless, Roundtable of Food Professionals and the Women’s Campaign Fund, Association of Real Estate Woman, and Young Men’s/Women’s Real Estate Association.
